– Ouarzazate is famous for its film studios, which can be visited as part of a guided tour, unless a film is being made. “The Pope”, “Gladiator” and “The Mummy”, and some scenes from Game of Thrones were filmed here.

– The main attraction around Ouarzazate is the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Ait-Ben-Haddou, which is located around 30 kilometers away.
